Irish Pork Stuffing

Instructions
- Brown sausage and drain.
- Fry celery and onion in pork sausage grease.
- Mash the potatoes (lumpy) and add bread crumbs, celery, onion and sausage; mix well.
- Place in Corning dish.
- Press stuffing mixture in baking dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs on top.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour, uncovered.
