Irish Pork Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hot and zesty Bob Evans pork sausage
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1 c. minced onion or fresh
  • 4 large boiled potatoes
  • 1 c. Italian bread crumbs
  • garlic salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown sausage and drain.
  2. Fry celery and onion in pork sausage grease.
  3. Mash the potatoes (lumpy) and add bread crumbs, celery, onion and sausage; mix well.
  4. Place in Corning dish.
  5. Press stuffing mixture in baking dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs on top.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour, uncovered.
