Ingredients

  • loaf of French bread
  • fresh tomato
  • Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Cut and make garlic bread out of loaf of French bread.
  2. Toast in broiler oven and remove.
  3. Add tiny pieces of fresh tomato and top with Mozzarella cheese.
  4. Place under broiler again until cheese melts.
  5. Cut and serve.
