Ingredients

  • 1 large bottle Italian dressing
  • 3 or 4 lb roast
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Line a foil-lined pan with foil and place the roast in the pan.
  3. Pour the entire bottle of Italian dressing over the roast.
  4. Cover the pan with foil and bake in the oven for 2 to 3 hours, until the meat is tender.
