Instructions
- Cut cheese up in small chunks. Melt in thick saucepan over low heat stirring constantly as cheese will burn easily.
- When cheese is melted, add mayonnaise stirring constantly.
- Add finely chopped peppers and onions, stirring until cheese bubbles. Turn off heat, let cool and place in container.
