Ingredients

  • chicken pieces (thighs or breasts for 6 with skins removed)
  • 1/2 c. Russian salad dressing or Italian
  • 1/2 c. apricot jam or boysenberry
  • 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup

Instructions

  1. Mix the salad dressing, jam, and dry onion soup together.
  2. Place the chicken pieces in a baking dish and pour the mixture over them, letting it marinate for a few hours.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 1 to 1½ hours, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Serve the glazed chicken with rice.
