Ingredients

  • 2 unbaked 9-inch pie shells
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
  • 2 cans evaporated milk

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs slightly in large bowl.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients in given order.
  3. Pour into pie shells.
  4. Bake 15 minutes at 425°.
  5. Reduce temperature to 350° and bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
  6. Cool on wire rack.
