Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1 c. warm water
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 2/3 c. butter or margarine
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 6 1/2 to 7 c. flour

Instructions

  1. Heat milk, sugar, butter and salt together.
  2. Then add yeast to flour and mix everything.
  3. Place in mixing bowl.
  4. Cover with a towel and let rise in a warm place.
  5. Then place dough on floured board and cut out rolls with a biscuit cutter or by hand.
