Instructions
- Beat eggs slightly; beat in remaining ingredients.
- Pour mixture into 6 to 8 thin custard cups.
- Place cups in a saucepan or deep frying pan with a tight-fitting lid.
- Pour tap water into the pan so that it is level with the custards.
- Bring water to a full boil; immediately turn off heat and cover the pan.
- Let custards stand, covered, for 6 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove cups from water.
- Cool and chill before serving.
