Instructions
- Do not use metal spoon or bowl.
- Do not refrigerate.
- On day 1, do nothing with starter.
- On days, 2, 3, 4 and 5, stir with wooden spoon.
- On day 6, add 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar and 1 cup milk.
- On days, 7, 8 and 9, stir with wooden spoon.
- On day 10, add 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar and 1 cup milk.
- Stir and pour into 3 (1-cup) containers.
- Keep one for yourself for future use and give the other 2 with a recipe to friends.
- You will have 1 cup left.
