Ingredients

  • 2 ducks
  • 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
  • 2 tablespoons celery flakes

Instructions

  1. Boil until tender.
  2. Remove from broth and place in foil to keep from drying out.
  3. Cook rice in amount of broth you need.
  4. Add cut-up giblets to rice.
