Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. oatmeal
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)

Instructions

  1. Mix hamburger, water, salt and oatmeal; chill at least 30 minutes.
  2. Form into balls and brown on all sides.
  3. Add chicken soup; simmer for 20 minutes.
