Ingredients

  • 5 whole plum (Roma) tomatoes
  • 1/2 large onion
  • 1 jalapeno, halved, seeded and finely sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 2 limes

Instructions

  1. Cut up the tomatoes into quarters and add to a bowl.
  2. Cut the onion into large chunks and add to the bowl.
  3. Add the jalapeno to the bowl.
  4. Add the cilantro leaves to the bowl.
  5. Juice the limes and pour over.
  6. Sprinkle over the salt.
  7. Stir.
