Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. Crisco
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Add half in well-greased pan, then add half of the Streusel Filling.
  3. Pour in rest of batter and add rest of filling on top.
  4. Bake in 6 x 10-inch or 8-inch square pan, well-greased.
  5. Bake in a 375° oven.
