Ingredients

  • 4 cups sugar
  • 4 cups water
  • 3/4 cup freeze dried coffee
  • 1 quart vodka
  • 1 vanilla bean

Instructions

  1. Boil sugar and water for 10 minutes.
  2. Add freeze dried coffee to the sugar syrup and cool.
  3. Once cooled, add vodka to the mixture.
  4. Blend well to combine.
  5. Add the vanilla bean to the mixture.
  6. Transfer to a dark bottle and store tightly sealed for 3 weeks or longer.
