Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust
  • 2 large pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can topping (cherries, blueberries) or fresh strawberries

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, vanilla, lemon juice, eggs and sugar.
  2. When well mixed, pour into crust.
  3. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until top is lightly brown.
  4. Put in fridge overnight; top with one of the fruits.
