Ingredients

  • 1 c. skim milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 or 3 egg yolks
  • 4 c. flour
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1 stick oleo or butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. dry milk
  • 2 1/2 tsp. dry yeast

Instructions

  1. Place ingredients in breadmaker pan with yeast on top of dry ingredients.
  2. Start machine on dough cycle.
  3. After 20 to 30 minutes, cut off machine, open lid and mix lightly with wooden spoon until all dry ingredients are mixed in.
  4. Close and restart on dough cycle.
  5. After cycle is over, let dough rise to top of pan.
