Instructions
- Bring milk to boil in sauce pan; add butter, sugar and cornmeal (about 1/2 cup at a time) stirring with large whisk.
- Remove when mixture thickens and allow to cool five minutes.
- Squeeze through a pastry bag to form tick, silver dollar formed cookies on ungreased sheet.
- Bake at 425 for 20 minutes until brown.
