Kielbasi Beans

Ingredients

  • 4 small cans or 1 large can butter beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 1/4 c. ketchup
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1/2 lb. bacon
  • 1 1/2 lb. kielbasi, sliced

Instructions

  1. Fry bacon.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a large casserole dish.
  3. Bake at 325° for 1 hour, covered and 1 hour, uncovered.
