Instructions
- Soak Rice in cheese cloth in water overnight.
- Drain, cover rice with water and boil until tender.
- Drain and rince with cold water and drain again.
- Grease dry pot, pour in milk.
- Mix remaining ingredients.
- Spread 1/3 rice in pot, sprinkle with 1/2 of nut and raisin mixture. Spread another 1/3 rice, then rest of nut and raisin mixture. Then top with remaining rice.
- Pour butter and water overall.
- Cover and cook low, 325 degrees in oven for one hour
