Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1/2 c. pitted black olives, chopped
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp. dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients together.
  2. Make into hamburger patties.
  3. Grill to your taste.
  4. Melt Monterey Jack cheese on top of burgers (optional).
