Killer Mashed Potatoes

- Wash and cube potatoes; leave skins on.
- Cook until tender. In pan, saute the onions (2 tablespoons of regular onions can be used instead) until golden.
- Mash potatoes, skins and all.
- Add sauteed onions and rest of ingredients.
- Can be made the night before and reheated.
