Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) bag broccoli, cauliflower and carrots mix
  • 4 pork chops, sliced into strips
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Melt margarine and garlic salt; add pork strips and saute. Add vegetable mix and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes.
  2. Then simmer until vegies are tender.
  3. Serve over rice.
