King Salmon

Instructions
- Drain salmon and reserve liquid.
- Flake salmon.
- Soften gelatin in cold water.
- Combine salmon liquid, catsup and vinegar; heat to boiling.
- Add softened gelatin to hot mixture.
- Gently blend salmon, celery and onion with hot mixture.
- Stir in mayonnaise.
- Pour into fish-shaped gelatin mold.
- (Crown with a foil crown!)
