Instructions
- Puree kiwi in a blender with 1/4 cup sugar.
- Beat egg whites until foamy.
- Add 1/4 cup sugar and beat until still peaks form.
- Beat whipping cream until stiff.
- Fold in egg whites and kiwi puree.
- Spoon into dessert dishes and freeze.
- Let stand at room temperature 20 minutes before serving.
