Ingredients

  • 1 c. oleo
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine oleo, sugar and eggs.
  2. Add flour, vanilla and salt. Put batter into an ungreased pan.
  3. Reserve 1/4 of batter.
  4. Put pie filling on top of batter and cut in with a knife.
  5. Put rest of batter on top.
  6. Cook at 350° in oven for 45 minutes or until done.
