- Preheat oven to 450
- Place salmon on baking dish. Season with salt and pepper
- Combine mayo,kimchi, chili paste, soya sauce and olive oil
- Brush marinade over salmon. Marinate for 30 mins
- Bake 10 mins. Garnish with cilantro
