Ingredients

  • 1 qt. liver puttin
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. cornmeal
  • 1 1/2 qt. water
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the mixture until thick, about 10 minutes.
  2. Pour into a loaf pan to shape.
  3. Allow to cool and then slice.
  4. Fry the slices in butter until golden brown.
