Ingredients

  • 2 cans S&W stewed tomatoes (Italian pear)
  • 2 cans S&W whole tomatoes (with oregano and basil)
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 6 to 12 Hungarian hot wax peppers

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion.
  2. Slice the meat.
  3. Slice the peppers.
  4. Dump in the cans.
  5. Cook the stuff in a crock-pot on low for 5 to 7 hours or high 4 to 5 hours.
