Ladybug Caprese Bites

Ingredients

  • mozzarella cheese
  • grape tomatoes
  • olives
  • basil leaves
  • cream Balsamic, /glaze

Instructions

  1. Cut cheese into thin slices, tomatoes in half with tiny slits on each, and olives in quarters. Tear basil leaves to fit cheese slices if needed.
  2. Assemble cheese, basil, tomato, then olives.
  3. Place drops of balsamic on each tomato to mimic a lady bug using a toothpick.
  4. That's it - simply arrange them on your favorite serving tray and enjoy seeing the reactions!
