Lasagna Ragu

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb. cooked, chopped chicken or beef
  • 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 325°.
  2. Cook noodles in boiling water for 25 minutes or until tender.
  3. Drain.
  4. Arrange in a shallow 3-quart baking dish, alternating layers of noodles, meat, cheese and sauce. Add grated cheese last.
  5. Bake 45 minutes.
