Lasagna Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 box lasagna noodles
  • 1 1/2 lb. bulk sausage
  • 1/2 lb. Mozzarella or Provolone cheese, cut into strips approximately 3 inches long
  • 1 to 2 qt. spaghetti sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook and drain noodles according to package directions.
  2. Wrap sausage around cheese and wrap in lasagna noodles.
  3. Place in baking dish and cover with spaghetti sauce.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  5. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
