Layered Molded Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 packs jello (strawberry, orange, lime and raspberry)
  • 2 envelopes Knox gelatine
  • 1 (1 lb.) can fruit cocktail
  • 1 (1 lb.) can wild blueberries
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 pt. half and half
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Grease a large Bundt pan with Crisco (not oil).
  2. Dissolve strawberry jello in 1 cup boiling water.
  3. Cool and pour in greased pan.
  4. Set in refrigerator before adding next layer.
  5. Dissolve orange jello in 3/4 cup boiling water.
  6. Add 1/4 cup juice from fruit cocktail.
  7. Cool and add fruit cocktail.
  8. Pour on top of strawberry layer and let set.
  9. Dissolve lime jello in 1 cup boiling water.
  10. Pour on orange layer when it has set.
