Ingredients

  • 8 to 10 medium sized red potatoes
  • 1 stick butter
  • garlic salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut potatoes in quarters. Boil potatoes until soft, about 30 minutes. Drain potatoes and put back into pot with lid. Add butter, garlic salt and pepper. Put lid on and shake, firmly coating potatoes.
