Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 to 3 lemons (juice)

Instructions

  1. Mix the sugar and lemon juice well in a container.
  2. Refrigerate the mixture until chilled.
  3. Before serving, stir the mixture again.
  4. Pour 3 to 4 tablespoons of the lemon cooler into a glass.
  5. Add 7-Up or your preferred soda to the glass.
  6. Mix gently to combine.
  7. Optional: add a splash of alcohol if desired.
  8. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for a week or more.
  9. Use when desired as a refreshing summer beverage.
