Instructions
- Melt butter in glass pie pan on High for 45 seconds in microwave.
- Stir in crumbs and sugar.
- Mix until all ingredients are moistened in pie plate.
- Press up sides and bottom. Microwave 1 1/2 minutes, rotating 1/2 turn after 1 minute.
- Cool. Beat cottage cheese until smooth.
- Blend in pudding powder and water.
- Pour in crust and refrigerate 1 hour.
