Lemon Grass Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 1 quart water
  • 4 lemons, zest peeled off in strips and juiced
  • 10 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon chopped lemon grass

Instructions

  1. Pour water into a saucepan, and add the lemon zest strips. Bring to a boil over high heat. Once the water begins to boil, remove from the heat and stir in the honey, cinnamon, and lemon grass. Allow to steep for 2 minutes, then stir in lemon juice. Strain; serve hot or cold.
