Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. white cake mix
  • 1 pkg. lemon jello
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 2/3 cup Wesson oil
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Grease and flour a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  3. Prepare the white cake mix according to package instructions.
  4. Dissolve the lemon jello in 2/3 cup of water.
  5. Add the dissolved lemon jello, Wesson oil, eggs, and lemon flavoring to the cake batter and mix well.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  7. Bake at 300°F for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
