Lemon Jello Pudding Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lemon jello pudding
  • 2/3 cup water or milk
  • 2/3 cup wesson oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. almond extract
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 pkg. butterscotch bits

Instructions

  1. Put everything in bowl except eggs.
  2. Mix and add 1 egg at a time.
  3. Add bits after all is mixed and in tube pan.
  4. Bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
  5. Bake in greased tube cake pan.
