Lemon-Pepper Beef

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds beef roast
  • 1 tablespoon lemon rind
  • 1 tablespoon garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Cut slits into the meat
  2. Stuff sliced garlic n lemon rind into the slits
  3. Drizzle cooking oil/olive oil over all sides of beef
  4. Shake lemon-pepper on all sides of beef
  5. Place meat in pre-heated 400 degree oven
  6. Cook 45mins to 1 hr
  7. Turn off oven. Let meat continue to bake as oven cools
  8. Take out beef and let meat rest 30 mins
  9. Slice meat against the grain in thin slivers
