Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. envelope Butter Buds
  • 1 Tbsp. sliced green onion tops
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a 9 x 13-inch pan, combine Butter Buds, sliced green onion tops, and lemon-pepper seasoning. Stir in water.
  2. Add the potatoes to the pan.
  3. Toss to coat the potatoes well with the mixture.
  4. Bake uncovered in a 375°F oven for 45 to 50 minutes until the potatoes are tender and beginning to brown, stirring twice during baking.
