- Melt butter in skillet.
- Stir in lemon juice and seasonings. Place fish in skillet, skin side down.
- Cook 4 to 5 minutes over medium heat.
- Turn; continue cooking until fish flakes easily with fork.
- Serve butter mixture over fish.
- Makes 4 servings.
