Lemon Perch

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. dill weed
  • 1 lb. perch fillets

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in skillet.
  2. Stir in lemon juice and seasonings. Place fish in skillet, skin side down.
  3. Cook 4 to 5 minutes over medium heat.
  4. Turn; continue cooking until fish flakes easily with fork.
  5. Serve butter mixture over fish.
  6. Makes 4 servings.
