Lemon-Zested Brussels Sprouts

- Fill pot with water and bring to a boil on medium heat. Place Brussels sprouts in pot and boil for 15 minutes.
- Mix together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and black pepper in bowl or plastic bag. Place sprouts into bowl/bag and pour oil mixture over, mix well.
- Sprinkle some grated lemon zest over sprouts when serving. Enjoy!
