Lemonade Fluff Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 4 eggs, separated
  • dash of salt
  • 1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 1/2 c. sugar

Instructions

  1. Add gelatin
  2. and
  3. egg yolks to water with salt and cook until slightly
  4. thick.
  5. Stir
  6. in lemonade concentrate.
  7. Chill until firm.
  8. Beat
  9. egg
  10. whites and fold in.
  11. Put in cooked pie crust and top with whipped cream.
