Ingredients

  • 2 graham cracker crusts
  • 1/2 gallon French vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 (12 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed

Instructions

  1. Place the graham cracker crusts in the freezer.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the softened French vanilla ice cream, thawed frozen lemonade concentrate, and three-quarters of the Cool Whip.
  3. Stir until well blended.
  4. Spread half of the mixture into each graham cracker crust.
  5. Top each pie with the remaining Cool Whip.
  6. Freeze just until the topping is firm, then cover airtight with foil or plastic wrap.
  7. Freeze for 4 hours or until the pies are hard.
  8. Serve garnished with lemon slices.
