Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup teddy bear chocolate graham cracker cookies, crushed
  • Butter flavored cooking spray
  • 2 (12 oz.) packages Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup egg substitute
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate bits, melted
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton nonfat sour cream alternative

Instructions

  1. Spread cookie crumbs on the bottom of a 9-inch spring-form pan coated with cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. Beat cream cheese at high speed with an electric mixer until fluffy, gradually adding sugar, and beating well.
  3. Gradually add egg substitute, mixing well.
  4. Add melted chocolate, cocoa, and vanilla; mix until blended.
  5. Stir in sour cream alternative.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
  7. Bake at 300°F for 1 hour 40 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and run a knife around the edge of the pan to release the sides.
  9. Let cool on a wire rack.
  10. Cover and chill for at least 8 hours.
