Lemoned Carrots

Ingredients

  • 12 small carrots, peeled
  • 6 oz. can lemonade concentrate
  • 6 whole cloves

Instructions

  1. Boil carrots in small amount of water until tender.
  2. Combine carrots, lemonade concentrate and cloves in small saucepan. Simmer 5 minutes.
  3. Let cool; chill thoroughly.
  4. Drain carrots; remove cloves.
  5. Serve on lettuce.
