A fresh and vibrant pasta salad combining linguine with crisp vegetables, seasoned with Italian flavors and dressed in tangy vinaigrette, perfect for light lunches or summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. linguine
  • 1/2 jar Salad Delight seasoning
  • 1 large jar Viva Italian dressing
  • 2 to 3 cucumbers
  • 2 to 3 tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine until al dente, then drain and allow to cool.
  2. Chop the cucumbers and tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooled linguine with the vegetables.
  4. Add Viva Italian dressing and Salad Delight seasoning to the mixture.
  5. Toss everything together until well coated.
  6. Refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  7. You can add any variety of vegetables to customize the salad.
