Instructions
- In a blender, combine hot water and Jell-O until well blended. Add 1 cup cottage cheese and blend.
- Add lemon juice and blend. Add remaining cottage cheese and blend well.
- Pour into a bowl. Stir in Cool Whip and pour into crust.
- Refrigerate for 24 hours. You may substitute lime Jell-O and lime juice.
