Lo-Cal Lemon Pie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. hot water
  • 1 pkg. sugar-free lemon Jell-O
  • 16 oz. cottage cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 10 oz. lite Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine hot water and Jell-O until well blended. Add 1 cup cottage cheese and blend.
  2. Add lemon juice and blend. Add remaining cottage cheese and blend well.
  3. Pour into a bowl. Stir in Cool Whip and pour into crust.
  4. Refrigerate for 24 hours. You may substitute lime Jell-O and lime juice.
