Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites, stiff
  • 3/4 c. skim milk
  • 3/4 c. cake flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. baking powder

Instructions

  1. Beat egg whites until stiff.
  2. Add flour, salt and baking powder; add milk and mix gently.
  3. Pour in preheated waffle iron and bake until brown.
