Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. oat bran cereal
  • 1 lb. turkey cutlets
  • 4 oz. egg substitute

Instructions

  1. Mix flour and bran cereal in large bowl.
  2. Pound turkey cutlets flat with hand.
  3. Dip each cutlet into egg substitute, then into flour mixture and coat well.
